Reservation & Application Information – Trinity Doodles

To reserve your spot on our litter waitlist, a $500 deposit is required upon approval of your application. This payment can be made via Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or bank wire.

When your Trinity Doodle litter is born, you will be notified within 24 hours. At that time, we will request an additional $500 toward your puppy’s placement fee. The remaining balance of $1,800 is due on or before selection day.

Please Note: The initial $500 deposit includes a non-refundable $50 application fee upon approval.

Important Application Tips

If you do not see a “Thank you” message after submitting your application, there may be an incomplete or incorrect field. One common issue is with the driver’s license number—this should be numbers only, with no letters or spaces.

Unfortunately, we cannot track unsubmitted or incomplete applications, and we don’t want you to think we’ve overlooked yours.

If you haven’t heard from us within 2–3 business days:

  • Please check your spam or junk folder (some of our email responses have been filtered there)

  • Or, reach out to us directly through an alternate contact method to confirm we’ve received your application
